Center Township Trustee, William Douglas, is an elected governmental official, who is by Indiana law, Overseer of the Poor. He is assisted in his duties by a staff of caseworkers and other support personnel. His duties and responsibilities are set forth in Indiana Code 12-20-1-1 et seq.
